  WORST experience today with our cashier. Both packing lines were filled with consumers groceries. Single lady on the right and older lady on the left. I specifically asked the cashier to wait before scanning our products so our items would not be going into the packing section while someone had it full of their groceries. Cashier seemed pissed off, grabbed a divider and said here..this will work..she scanned my items right into the other woman's items. I had to throw my groceries as fast as I could into bags so that the other lady would not be taking home my paid items. There is NO need for this. I do not care if you are timed. Going forward I will consider going somewhere where the cashiers CARE about the consumers items. I should not be herded thru a till. Having gotten home I have broken eggs, crushed bread, and smashed goods. This experience is something I will not forget.

  Prices are sometimes wrong too. I wanted pomegranates but they were labeled wrong. And no one around to ask.

  Extremely disappointed in the meat department. Many items definitely should have no longer been on the shelves. Didn't know if we should be buying meat after seeing a lot of things that should have been tossed out.

  This is my go to grocery store! I find that it has the best prices, I love the self checkout option and items are easy to find. Staff is quite friendly and shelves seem to be well-stocked and organized.

  Not impressed. I live almost 45 minutes away from superstore so I wanted to call ahead to check if they had live crab. The first lady I talked to originally said no they didn't have any for sale but then decided to transfer me to seafood just in case. The next lady I talked to I could barely understand and when I inquired about the cost she said, "I don't know I'm on my break, call back later." Super frustrating when I was already in my vehicle trying to plan ahead. If you're on your break then don't answer the phone or get someone else to look.

  Many items around the grocery section had no price anywhere in sight and in fact had very wrong tags everywhere near them. If you weren't paying attention, you could easily get a surprise at the cashier.

  A big disappointment, but.. It's a low end grocery store (though definitely not inexpensive! Don't be fooled).

  I love the Airdrie Superstore! If you go bright and early in the morning its quiet and extremely peaceful. Not only that but they carry a wide range of non-dairy, vegan and organic items!
