  My father worked for the RCMP for many years. I think he will be turning in his grave...the service from this detachment is horrible. I reported a serious incident back in Dec. 2016 and after repeated follow ups, nothing. They don't appear to care. I will keep following up...

  I have contacted this RCMP division due to child abuse concerns. They are more concerned with protecting the father than with protecting the children.

  Attended the detachment to report a hit and run, the front counter staff were most helpful as this was my first time to report an incident, I was given a full explanation on how to complete the form and what information I needed to provide. The Commissionaire advised me of the next steps to take regarding quotes and insurance. Above and beyond experience for what was an upsetting time.

  Poor and rude customer service. I am sure they can do better if they have a customer service attitude. This will reflect poor performance in toward of RCMP name!

  I would definitely rate this with zero stars if it were an option. I just called the Airdrie RCMP to report a very dangerous driver who nearly killed my four young children and I. This driver pulled out right in front of me when I was travelling eastbound on HWY 566. The officer I spoke with was very rude to me and treated me with disrespect. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone and especially by a person who is supposed to serve the community. I just narrowly avoided a serious crash and the officer was so abrupt and disrespectful as if I were a criminal. Also, there have been many thefts over the last few years in the rural area where I live and the RCMP doesn't seem to care about catching the thieves at all.
