  Would NOT recommend. Talked to 3 people on the phone before they could answer one question just to be turned down. 2 out of the 3 people were rude and not helpful at all. Very unprofessional

  Par Auto Parts has been a customer of Fiander-Marr since 1997. In that time they have been nothing but professional and friendly in helping grow our business. From little questions to yearly taxes they have always been there ready and willing to help with a great attitude. The customer service is exceptional starting from the front at reception where you are always greeted with a cheerful voice, all the way up to ownership. We look forward to another 20 plus years dealing with this great business.

  One of the best pieces of advice I was given when starting my business was to ensure you have a knowledgeable accountant and in doing so, it will save a lot of money and stress. I am confident in saying Max and Marnie have, and continue to live up to this. As a business owner, there are so many Government policies and rules to be aware of, as well as perks available when it comes to filing taxes and accounting. I speak for myself when I say, prior to using Max and Marnie, I was not as aware of the rules and regulations as I should have been. I appreciate their willingness to not only take the time to ensure myself and my business are benefiting but to also take time to help educate myself and explain why and how is the best way to go about things.

  It is interesting, I often wonder when some people have an experience that does not go the way they expect, it becomes their mission to trash the people they feel wronged them. Max's firm has done our accounting, personal and corporate for the past 15 years. They provided counsel prior to the setting up of our business and continue to do so. We have found all staff members and the principals of Fiander Marr to be courteous and professional. I have recommended Fiander Marr in the past and will continue to do so.

  I have used Fiander Marr for both my personal and small business corporate taxes for a lot of years. I cannot speak highly enough in regards to Max, Marnie and their staff. Their pricing is fair, documents and taxes are filed on time, they go over and above to help their clients and most importantly, their level of competence helps ease what has the potential to be very stressful – taxes.
